STEP 1: Return items within 14 days
Items must be in original packaging, unworn in a re-sellable/brand new condition with all security ribbons/tags attached, undamaged, unwashed, free of make-up stains and odor, animal hair, stains, self-tanner, perfume, cigarette odor, etc or it will not be accepted. If such items are returned, a $25.00 fee will be charged and the items will be returned to you.
Non-returnable items (no refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted) include: sale items, accessories, and undergarments, swimwear and bodysuits.
STEP 2: Make sure item is in original condition
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order (including bank holidays and weekends). If you are not happy with your order we will be happy to issue a STORE CREDIT of the purchased goods.
Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not accept the return. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of package being marked delivered by the carrier.
Who's responsible for return shipping costs?: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Forever Romance and for re-shipping exchanges. Forever Romance will cover the shipping cost for defective or incorrect items sent to customer because of our wrongdoing.
To speed up the process and to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item just in case it may run out of stock. We will not process exchanges because it causes delays and sizes can run out of stock quick. Store Credit is the fastest and most efficient way to process a return.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items not received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 3 business days after we receive your return (not including weekends and holidays) for your Store Credit to be issued. Once your return is processed, you will receive a Store Credit in the form of an e-Gift Card, which does not expire. Please only inquire about the status if more than 3 business days have passed.
We thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping. In the rare instance that the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will replace it with the same item in the same size or issue a refund if your size is out of stock. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
STEP 3: Attach a return label
Fill out the return form and place in the return package. Attach the return label and take to your nearest drop off location. Please make sure the return form is inserted into your parcel. Without this your return could take much longer.
We only provide prepaid return labels for items that were originally sent to you: in the wrong size, are damaged, or wrong style.
Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Any items deemed unsellable or ineligible for exchange will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email. If such items are returned, a $25.00 fee will be charged and the items will be returned to you. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. We advise that you keep hold of your returns tracking number until your refund has been processed.

If you have misplaced your returns form please ensure that you include a note in the parcel with your returned item with your name, order number, reason for return and the items you wish to return. For more information please contact us.
STEP 4: Receive your store credit or refund
Forever Romance store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase another item! Store Credits do not expire.
If there has been a discrepancy in your credit(s) please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and a brief explanation for further assistance.
Once your refund has been approved by our staff and a notification sent to you, it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, we appreciate your patience during this period.
All refunds are processed back to their original payment method. If your refund has taken longer than the aforementioned days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate further for you.
