We use USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL as a shipping carrier depending on the size of the order and distance it needs to be shipped. We primarily use USPS. We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS, however, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. We reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
We’d hate for you to not receive your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct and includes all relevant and/or required information as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
After your order is placed there is a processing time of 3-5 business days. Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to email@example.com. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur.
If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
Orders placed after 6:00 am CST will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed with free shipping can arrive between 7-14 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code.

International Shipping Rate: 5-7 business days | $29.99 *Signature Required
Our international deliveries are handled by DHL or USPS. You will need to make sure that you cover any customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
Please note, any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Forever Romance.
For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office, so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
If you need to pay a customs charge the delivery partner will contact you directly once they have your parcel to collect payment. This fee will be charged regardless of the price of your parcel and we can't control these charges.
